They have such a huge influence on young girls

LIVIA FIRTH has had another success in her efforts to raise the profile of ethical and sustainable fashion on the celebrity red carpet circuit, by persuading Mamma Mia! starlet Amanda Seyfried to wear a dress by Karen Caldwell to the premiere of her new film Red Riding Hood.

"I met Amanda's stylist at the opening of the Tom Ford store in LA while I was there for the Oscars," Livia says. "She loved my black Kami organic dress and couldn't believe it was eco-friendly. She came to see me the following day and wanted to chat about ethical fashion and other sustainable designers so I put her in touch with Karen."

"I love the fact that wore Karen, she's the perfect Green Carpet Challenge Ambassador," Livia continues. "I wish all the young actresses out there would do the same as they have such a huge influence on young girls."
